Jacob's Biography
Name: Jacob Aidan McKinnon
Birthday: March 12, 1958
House: Gryffindor
Year: 7th
Kind of blood: Half-blood
Pet: An owl named Snitch
Physical Appearance:
The majority of the McKinnons are tall and Jacob is not an exception. Until he had a growth spurt after his fifth year, the McKinnons thought that Jacob was going to take after the shorter members of the family. They needn’t have worried though. Jacob now towers over most of his relatives.
Jacob has black hair that he is careful to keep short. He tried growing it out once, just to spite his mother, but hated the way it looked. Most people would not realize that Jacob is athletic. He is thin and normally wears clothes that are too big for him.
Biography:
Jacob is the oldest child and the only boy in the McKinnon family. Growing up, he constantly alternated between being overprotective of his sisters (Marlene, Maria, Lilith, and Angelica) and finding ways to annoy them. Marlene was usually his assistant when he decided to do the latter.
When he started at Hogwarts, Jacob was quickly sorted into Gryffindor. That didn’t mean much to him at the time, but he was happy about it since he knew his father would be thrilled. Marlene came to Hogwarts when Jacob was a third year. He was disappointed when his sister didn’t join him in Gryffindor, but he tried to hide his feelings by constantly teasing her about being a bookworm. Despite the fact that they were in different houses, the McKinnon siblings remained close. Marlene was a regular member of Jacob’s group of friends. She sat with them at Quidditch matches when she wasn’t playing and followed them around Hogsmeade when she was old enough to visit the village.
Jacob has never been the top student in any of his classes, but he always receives good marks in the subjects that interest him. In his fifth year, Jacob realized that his favorite classes would help him with his latest interest, his decision to become an Auror. Jacob has always been fascinated by Aurors. In his mind, they are the wizarding world’s equivalent of superheroes.
Likes: His family and friends, teasing his sisters, Quidditch, sports/games in general, comic books, joking around, the idea of his best friend dating his sister
Dislikes: Being bored, feeling helpless, shopping (especially with his mother and his sisters), being nagged at by his parents (especially his mother), the idea of his best friend dating his sister

Jacob is the Seeker for the Gryffindor team. He is also a prefect and a member of the Duelling Club.

He has had an off-again, on-again relationship with Christy, one of his classmates, since their sixth year.

Jacob had been dead for a long time. He was killed during Marlene’s seventh year.
Current Students: What does your character want to accomplish this year?
Jacob wants to finish school with decent grades and be accepted into the Auror training program. He would also like to sort things out with Christy, once and for all. If he can accomplish all of that and, he thinks he’ll be happy with his life.
